Pre-op meds

I need some help. I have a date of August 23. When I talked to

Barbara she said to download the pre-op med list and take it to the

pharmacy and have them call her. Then she would give them the post-

op meds and authorization for the pre-op meds. Okay, where do I get

the download at???? I have looked everywhere on the patient manual

and can't find it. I appreciate any help with this. I hate to be a

pest to the office, because I know they are soooo busy.

Also how do you research a past post? This is all new to me.
