Guest guest
Pat, I wanted to ask if you are keeping a diary of what you eat. I did that in the beginning so that I would know what foods to avoid. I stay away from anything fried. I started eating healthy choice dinners. They are low in fat and are quick. (microwavable). I have not had a problem with diarrhea or abdominal pain. They actually taste good. Also there is a drink called Boost Breeze. It is high in nourishment also considered clear liquid (good for when pan acts up) I was given this when I was in the hospital. you can get it at any grocery store. hope this helps Take care Patty, louisville, ky
Guest guest
Patty and Felicity, Thanks for your help. I take creon 20. 3 with meals, 2 with snacks. Can you think of anyting else that might help? I don't have IBS. I am concerned about taking an OTC as it is not loose, just frequent. Also take 1000 mg neurontin/day. Can't imagine how it would be without enzymes and neurontin. Pat PS I have lost about 60+ pounds over the last year; combination of disease, conscious dieting and exercise. I guess I am concerned about getting enough nutrients. Pat
