Guest guest
Hi, I have just talked to my brother in Hickory. His suggestions are as follows: 1. Back Street Restaurant in the old Catawba Mall 2. Golden Lantern (a Chinese buffet) on Tate Blvd. 3. J & S Cafeteria on what I still call 64-70-321. Used to be Mom & Pops 4. Texas Roadhouse on 64-70. #3 is most reasonably priced, #4 is most expensive and is mostly steaks and ribs, #2 is Chinese and some may not prefer it. All 4 have private dining rooms that we could arrange for ahead of time. You know, this might really happen. I am so excited to actually see some of you guys in person. but I had a funny thought. You know what they say about meeting people thru the internet. Think we would be in that catagory. If anyone else has any ideas or thoughts on where in Hickory, please let us know. I am not familiar with any of these above places except I ate at J & S once a long time ago.
