Guest guest
Hello Everyone! First I must apologize for not posting after you gave me such a beautiful planner too! I've been bad, bad bad! Good news, Steve and I had a wonderful time having dinner with and Ben lastnight! looks great (Of course Ben does too!). We had a very nice time, and they are looking at moving up here because Ben is probably going to be re-located to Kalamazoo from St. Louis. I welcome a fellow RP'er to Kalamazoo. Sandy - we thought we could have a Great Lakes Region pajama party - how about it? Anyone else game? My life has been pretty hectic these last few months - a gal that worked for me quit and so I've been doing her job too, so needless to say not much time! I will try to improve! I have been trying to read up on you all with the e-mails but am still on the downside of that curve also! I hope all of you are doing well. I am currently flaring, and had to bump up the pred to 30mg but hopefully will be able to step it back down, I'm seeing the doc on Thursday. Too much stress I do believe. I have been using acupuncture for my back muscles and joints in my feet for some success. I don't know if I have ever told you all about my brother having been murdered while hunting over 11 years ago, well they finally arrested a guy last month for it! I had come to the conclusion that God was going to wait until I was on the other side to let me in on it! My brother and another gentleman who he did not know were shot in the back at very close range (5-8 feet) while deer hunting. Our families had to go to court this past Thursday for the preliminary examination where they determine if there is enough evidence to bind the prisoner over for trial, THANK GOD THEY DID!!! So the trial will probably be in the spring. The evidence was all circumstantial because there were no eyewitnesses to the crime. I pray for wisdom of the judge and jury on this one, the testimony was pretty creepy about this guy, he shot them because he thought they were hunting on his property - a territorial thing. They weren't on his property, they were in the state game area but, who knows? Anyway, I will be glad when it is over, I know it will be painful to endure but putting some closure on this will be good for our families. I think of you all often!!! Hope you are flare free! Love Ya, Patty B. - your gal in Kalamazoo!
