We tried coconut milk yesterday and it is not tolerated. We are not yet doing much yogurt. I would like to get some calories in. I make smoothies with frozen blueberries (or other frozen fruit) plus one very ripe banana. You can add a little juice (we use organic pear by Knudsen) to make it whip up easier. That's it.
