Hello!

Does anyone want to start an exercise club with me? We could do

whatever it is at our level, but commit to a certain number of times

a week, doing a certain level of exercise, (to the best of our

ability outside of increased flares) and then talk about it together

and encourage each other. Just a thought. I don't know if it would

help anyone else, but I'm having a hard time starting.
