I take the Imuran and it does make you tired. This is due to the suppression of you immune system. It doesn't build your body back up like it used to. Listen to your body. It is telling you to rest. I know that is hard because I too am not one for resting especially during the day.LOL Imuran may not be the right med for you. I know some of have had major problems with it upsetting their stomachs. I must have a stomach of iron. I don't ever have a problem with the Imuran it is always the pred that makes me sick. It takes awhile for the Imuran to kick in something like 3 months at times. I wish I was more help! I just know how it works for me. As for the swelling feet mine do that when I take the pred. The last time I took pred. I gained so much water weight and am having fun taking it off now. Take care and know you are in my thoughts and prayers.
