Hi Rosemary,

I'll never tire of the " MGB family " . AT & T is at our house right now

fixing the internet, so I'll be back on line at home. Yes, Happy

One Month Anniversary to us! I'm glad to hear you are doing much

better - yippee! How's the food going? I've eaten beef, chicken,

fish, potatoes, noodles, cereal, crackers, fruit and everything's

been

okay so far. I even had a 1/2 of a mini Blue Bell ice cream sandwich

(50 calories), boy was that good! Do you weigh in tomorrow? I can't

wait to hear how you did!

I went to the Dr. last Friday and she noticed my skin was real dry so

she told me to get more protein. So, I'm doomed to lose the hair

too!

My hair is so thin and fine, that I dread it, but it grows back.

I can't believe how the lbs. are dropping off, it's amazing. I have

to

" try on " clothes at home before I get ready for work. It's so much

fun! Dr. R's a genius!
