Guest guest
We went from GFCF to SCD. The only dairy we have used so far is SCD yogurt that I make. I'd like to make some recipes with DCCC, but I don't know if I've purchased the right thing. I bought Friendship Farmer Cheese. The ingredients are: cultured pasteurized skim milk, cream, salt. It does not look like I expected. I expected chunks like in cottage cheese. It looks like a drier version of cream cheese. In fact, it was located near the cream cheese in the store. It came in a plastice package, after you peel back the packaging, there is another layer of plastic that encases the cheese. Anybody know if this is the right stuff? Thanks, Amy
Guest guest
Hi Amy, Did you mean a drier version of " cottage cheese " ? If the cheese is solid like a brick cheese than it is illegal. A dry cottage cheese is what you want. Sheila, SCD 2/01, UC 22yrs mom of and >It looks like > a drier version of cream cheese.
