learn what Elaine wanted us to know. If it hadn't been for these links I truly

do not think that we would have trusted the yogurt. We are healing out of most

of our allergies. SCDiet has truly been a God send. I hope more practice

SCDiet by the BTVC book guidelines so that they too, may out grow some if not

all of their problems.
