Guest guest
For some reason in the beginning of SCDiet we could not tolerate the SCD tomato sauce (boiled down tomato juice). This is the only LEGAL suace. Elaine says to try things again in a few weeks to see if sensitivity vanish. More than likely this problem may vanish, if following SCDiet by the books guidelines. I persoanly do not trust it if I don't make it and it's not legal. Call me a true SCD " fanatic " . We don't want to take the risks.
