Some symptom to wonder about

We've been on the diet now for three days. My son has a mild rash on

his face - just sort of blotchy, last night. His temperament seems a

bit more short wicked as well, but manageable.

I am also on the diet and I'm feeling a little queasy as well. Just a

little achey and flu-ish - could this be die-off for me? I know it is

a radical diet change for me also and I've always suspected that I

suffered from candida also.

Hi ,

These are commonly reported die off symptoms.

Epsom salt baths and/or legal activated charcoal may help (scroll down

to the bottom of the page)

These sound like very typical die-off symptoms to me. Try epsom salts baths to

calm your son... it helps with detoxing.
