Guest guest
We've been on the diet now for three days. My son has a mild rash on his face - just sort of blotchy, last night. His temperament seems a bit more short wicked as well, but manageable. I am also on the diet and I'm feeling a little queasy as well. Just a little achey and flu-ish - could this be die-off for me? I know it is a radical diet change for me also and I've always suspected that I suffered from candida also.

Guest guest
These sound like very typical die-off symptoms to me. Try epsom salts baths to calm your son... it helps with detoxing.
