Sue, another really good thing for your blood sugar is

eat more green veggies and beans/lentils. Eat it at

the begining of the meal, make it a little more

exciting by adding a little lemon and garlic (both

good for you)then you will feel fairly full and you

will not be tempted to eat too much of the energy

dense things like bread/potatoes etc. If you need to

snack apples are really good, only 70 calories each,

and again filling. Add in a little exercise (10

minutes brisk walking or cycling after each meal) and

you will be amazed by the improvement in your sugars,

and often in your weight! Take care, love Liz
