Guest guest
Dear Gang.... I am beginning my research on finding a more permanent stent. I would like to avoid surgeries. Only want to use that as a last option. Does anyone have any info they can e-mail me about the metal stents. All I have heard is that it is primarily used for cancer patients and that they have pretty sick pancreas's when they get them. Thats why the MD's beleive there are problems with them. I would like to know the statistics. Average clog times on these, complication rates with the different types of stenting, IE (cancer VS divism)???? Any and all info would be deeply appreciated. Any one out there ever have the metal stents???? Hope you all are having a good day... Love W Wisconsin
