Hi,

1. If you don't already have Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 installed,

it is free and you can get the download by going to:

http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

Just follow the instructions for your platform (Windows 95).

2. Go to the following link to take you directly to Dr. R's

Adobe Acrobat version of the manual:

http://clos.net/patient-manual.pdf

3. Print from within Adobe using the Printer Button on the Adobe tool

bar. This should print out fine for you now.

The web page version just will not print out as nicely as an acrobat

reader file.
