Insurance companies approved by Dr. R

Does anyone know what insurance plans Dr. R accepts or if the list is

shorter doesn't accept. I looked in the new manual on the the

website and I don't see this. I am probably changing my insurance

coverage in order to be approved for this surgery and want to make

sure I make the right choice. I will have the choice between Cigna

(which I have now and have been denied) Coventry or CoreSource. It

sounds like the Dr. may be going to a " short list " in order to

control expenses and volume. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks,
