Guest guest
A picc line is a long catheter (rubbery tube thing) that is placed in the arm in a vein. Then is it pushed until the tip of it sit near the heart. the other end hangs out of the arm and meds can be delivered through it. It's nice because the person doesn't " blow " veins and have to be stuck repeatedly.
