Guest guest
Sandy, You would probably like the unflavored variety, too. I sprinkle it by the cupful over casseroles, or into soups, stews, etc., and can't even taste that it's there. I forgot that I had it for several months and have just started using it again because my weight loss has really gotten out of hand. I've been eating like a pig all the way through Thanksgiving and the Christmas holidays and still lost weight, so drastic measures are needed. I can't use Boost or many of the other diet supplements because of my diabetes, most of those products either have too many carbs or a high sugar content. The whey protein only has 2 grams of carbohydrates per cupful, so that's tolerable. Hopefully we'll both be able to put on some weight! With hope and prayers, Heidi Heidi H. The name is " Designer whey " , they also have protein bars or protein drinks that are like gatorade.
