If any of you are in a food coop (buying club) that orders through United Natural Foods and have gotten your DCCC through them, I would appreciate hearing from you. There are three different listing in the August Catalog (p54 and p55) for " farmers cheese " , two of these I was able to get phone numbers for the dairies but then hit a brick wall as the people answering the phone at the dairies either did not understand and know how to answer or did not have the right product. The 3rd listing is for lifeway. They have a website and from their website I think that it might be the right product for SCD, but I'm feeling very leary. Please let me know, which one you order or altenatively let me know if you know that all three of these " farmers cheeses " are the wrong thing.
