I didnt mean I was eating chinese food, though that does sound good - what do you guys think the rice will do - How will it settle? I was comparing the way I have been eating, then feeling hungry to the way you do when you eat Chinese food, you eat it at a rest, go home full, adn byt the time you are home, you feel hungry again! Ha ha You think being low on salt and/or potassium would make me hungry? I thought low on salt would make me tired, but i didnt realize hungry too! Any suggestions out there for good salty foods? Oh - the STRANGEST thing happened to me yesterday, It must have been the 1st time ever in my life, the way I guess most NORMAL people do: Anyway, I was at the grocery store, and I was in produce, I saw some artichokes and thought yum, then I saw the broccolli, and thought OH WOW, then I saw some lettuce and corn on the cob, and suddenly I had the EXACT feeling (craving, and hunger, and imagining tasting it - you know what I mean here) as i USED to feel in the candy aisle! WOW! I was so schocked! I wanted that artichoke SOOOOOO badly and the corn on the cob WOW! I didnt get those becasue I eat artichokes with mayonaise, thought that wouldnt be too good on the new tummy, and corn on the cob, It just SEEMS that would be rough in the new digestive track. So, I got a salad and it was so darn good! Thanks for your help! L.
