I was reading through some old posts and ran across a post that said

you take liquid vitamin A for the first week and then go to pill

vitamin A from then on. This is the first I heard of liquid vitamin

A. If this is true, I'll have to shop again! lol

Hi Dinah, I was reading the new manual today, it does not say

anything about liquid vit A I am sure it is in pill form or he would

have specified, although someone might not want to take another pill

and decide to take it in liquid form. It says to take the high dose

starting one week after surgery for one week and then the vit A that

is in your multi should be enough. It was a little confusing because

it was under a heading that said begin all vitamin supplements two

weeks after surgery, but the A did have specific instructions. I have

looked at Walmart and drug stores and haven't even found vit A yet. I

am going to GNC tommorrow. You sound ready, all will be well, thats

easy for me to say I still have two weeks to go.

Will be praying for all going this week.
