Question to the Left Elbow Club

My left elbow hurts as if I had left it in a certain position for HOURS

and then tried to move it. Sounds like I am almost saying it is stiff,

but thats not it either. It just aches! It seems to hurt in between 2

bones on the uppermost part of the elbow. I can press there and it

hurts. It will also hurts when I carry my arm in a bent position and

then try to bend it, and I only have to do this for a few moments before

it does start to hurt. Anyone else have any suggestions as to what it

can be? No itching, at least not yet.
