My dear ,I hope you are doing good, I hardy post but I keep up with all the email I receive from the group, as for myself, I am doing fine, keeping stress under control is a blessing for me, I try very hard to keep RP in the sleeping mood., I do not receive email from Ninfa any more, just this weekend I received a phone call from her home, she is very depress , besides RP , lupus and liver problems she has been diagnosed with vasculitis and MS, I know you write your special notes of couragment. and I think she could use one.
