Guest guest Posted February 8, 2002 Report Share Posted February 8, 2002 Went to the ENT today & he scoped my throat. My airway is looking okay, but my vocal cords are red & irritated. Once again the pred strikes. Everything that has been happening is caused by the pred. I am so aggravated. Thank God though that my airway is fine. He said the irritation is being caused by gerd which the pred is aggravating & take Prevacid twice a day for. Pred might be the wonder drug as far as RP goes but it sure causes other problems. But when you look at the alternative to not taking it what choice do you have. Oh well. Other than that I am feeling a little better at least mentally. I messed up my right ankle Weds. The bone that runs up the back of the ankle is real tender & hurts to step on. It is sore up to the back of my knee. Just couldn't push anymore today so will get in tomorrow & have them check it out.
