Guest guest
My hubby Henry (NC) is doing pretty well after his surgery Dec. 5. What we can't understand and the doctor didn't help with is this: Why does he ACHE all over in his joints, bones, whatever? Dr. Pappas just said it should gradually go away. Then later at home Henry started thinking and realized that he didn't ache in the hospital. We're not sure, but don't think he took his Creon in the hospital (was mostly on liquids and didn't eat much). Now he takes 3 with meals, usually just one meal a day (he drinks a lot of Ensure). Has anyone ever had Creon cause achiness? Did changing brands help? Someone suggested he see a rheumatologist. But we don't see how one could get arthritis so suddenly and all over his body! Guest guest
A rhemotoligist not only deals with arthritis but all kinds of immunosuppresed diseases and other types of diseases that frequently have achiness as a symptom. Did you check the side effects listed for Creon ? You can go to www.rxnet.com and check out the side effects to all of his meds. Do the advanced check. There is another drug site as well but presently I do not know it. Heidi uses it. Is he running a fever at all ? Has he had his blood work drawn to check his white count ?
