My daughter, Maysa, is 14 months old and has been in her 2nd DOC band since Feb 2nd. She was in her first DOC band from 9.5 to 12.5 months of age. Growth slows down after 1 year but you can still catch a good growth spurt, even after as they get older. I don't know what her measurements are right now and I won't know for sure until I take her to Orthomerica for another head scan on April 8th. I do believe that she has improved in the second band as her orthotist keeps shaving the foam off of her helmet. We'll see!

What are your son's measurements? Where are you located?

I wanted to chime in with our experience as well. was banded at 14 months 3 weeks. She is still in her STARband. Although we've seen her progress slow down lately, she has made more progress than I was led to believe she would. You can see her comparison pictures under the N photos ( W).

Her brachy has gone from 95 percent to 92.4 percent. I'm still hoping to get it below 92 percent before she graduates.
