Guest guest
Hi, I have only posted once before. I have been working on this process since the begining of May. My insurance is not going to pay (even though it is medically necessary). We have decided to self pay. Is there anyone out there who can give me some enocouragement. I worry about complications. How many have to be re-hospitalized? All I like is my letter from my PCP and I will have the last of my packet together. Can anyone tell me how far ahead Dr. R is booked up? They did tell me once my packet is in they take about 1 wk to approve it then can give a date. My question how far ahead are they booked up? Any info would be helpful. Thanks, Glenda

The complication rate is *very* low -- much lower than for any other procedure. The paper is available at: http://www.clos.net/mgb-paper/MGB-Paper061300.htm Best wishes for a speedy and healthy journey to the other side!
