Guest guest
Sandy, I worked in a Dr's office for a while and if you go to your PCP and talk with them. Tell them what the last DR. said and that you need them to find you a DR that will treat you like a human being not a medical chart. I know that we had gone through this with some patients and the HMO's will try to find someone for you. They have a data base that they can go through for you. I have had to do this for patents for gastric by-pass surgeries. I would also call the insurance co. and talk with them myself. I would explain the situation to them. You may be surprised to find they can be pretty sympathetic and will want to help you. I am in So. Cal. so I don't know anyone in Northern CA. I wish you luck. Please at least try to call them and see if they can help. You don't want to be without a good DR to help you.
