Guest guest
Hi! We have a wonderful opportunity to get organic raw whole cream from a farmer. It is, like, an unbelievable food. So delicious. Problem is, I can't find a SCD recipe to make ice cream with it. What I am looking for, and surely it must be there, is something like cream, vanilla, honey--pretty basic. Is there one out there? Any suggestions would be appreciated--or any other recipe that I could use it with. Thanks! Lorraine
Guest guest
To start with for it to be SCD legal you would need to turn it into French cream by processing it as a yogart produce. The instructions are in BTVC. I have done this and used it in dressings and frostings or toppings for special deserts. I have wondered if it would make a good ice cream as this is something that my kids REALLY miss. Sandy M. > > Hi! > > We have a wonderful opportunity to get organic raw whole cream from a > farmer.
