Guest guest
June, 2-3 days on the intro diet will probably be fine. There's no way to answer the question about when you can have the almond muffins. The best thing to do is to add new foods slowly and keep a food journal to help you figure out which foods you do and don't tolerate. Peeled, seeded and cooked foods should be tried first. Raw foods later. Nuts and nut products later as well. Jody mom to -7 and -9 SCD 1/
Guest guest
June, If your symptoms are minimal, 2 days on the intro should be sufficient. For a complete list of food introductions (albeit for children but should work just fine for you as well) check out www.pecanbread.com under food preparation. Charlene Uc 8 years SCD 5 1/2 years Hi all, I have a similar question to Chris. If I am not having cramps and bad diarrhea, how long should I stay on the intro diet? I just want to know how much jello and chicken soup to make!(smile) Also I would like to know when I can start having almond flour muffins. Or is it just try one food at a time and see how it goes? I had a very small amount of gas today as compared to what I usually have. My main symptom is gas and bloating and the severe allergic reactions to some foods. How do you know if you need enzymes? I usually take them but the ones I have are illegal so I need to buy some if it is neccesary. Thank you so much for the support.
