Guest guest Posted July 13, 2006 Report Share Posted July 13, 2006 Today we made Lois Lang's Luscious bread recipe from BTVC, and it seems ok in texture & taste, but there is an awful ammonia smell when I smell a slice. This seems like some sort of chemical reaction took place with the particular ingredients- I followed the recipe exactly. Any ideas as to what's going on? That doesn't seem healthy!
