We would like to offer our deepest apologies over the

technical difficulties that were experienced during the webcast and regret that

many of you were not able to join the audio portion of the conference

call. We know how valuable everyone’s time is and are very sorry for the

inconvenience, but we hope that you will understand and accept our sincerest
