Guest guest Posted July 24, 2006 Report Share Posted July 24, 2006 Hi I have now mad emy second batch of yogurt, adn am wondering if it turned out. I put gelitin in it to thicken it. My first batch was much tarter than this batch... but I had frozen my goat's milk and thawed it, nad the milk was a bit older ( non-freezer time) But this new batch I also made with a new starter.. the first batch was yogourmet and this one was GI prohealth.. could that make the difference? How can I know. I hate to throw the batch away, nd we are not at a point where we can cook with it,,,adn it is a 40min drive one way to get more goat's milk!
