Guest guest
I want to thank everyone for all the nice replies to my post. It it so comforting to know I am not alone in this. I know what I am doing is best for my son, but it still makes me so sad. He has had the DOC band a week now and still pulls at it. :-( I do think he is dealing with it better though. Also, today when I took it off to do his exercises I did notice change in his head shape already and that gave me great encouragement. I know this will all be over in 3 months and I do thank God for that. It really makes me so much more sensitive to parents who have children with permanent disabilities and so grateful that other than plagio, my son is healthy.
