They probably asked about the depression because you mentioned and you have a chronic illness, which it is almost expected to be depressed about. I didn't mention anything about depression but I do see a pscyhologist and they had me see a psychologist of their choosing too. And I really think that it was his and the regular physician's evaluations that really got me the favorable decision. I knew I was having attention problems during the regular physicians exam, but I had thought I was reasonably coherent during the psych exam, but, based on what was said on the letter, I had " marked attanetion and concentration deficiencies " . I guess I must not have been as good as I though I had been. For the Daily activities questionairre, the more detail you can go into the better. I ended up attaching about 7 pages to that form.
