Guest guest
Something I was wondering...if you are trying to figure out the percentages of what you eat. Say I'm eating almond flour, how does that compare to an almond. I mean the flour from Lucy's is pretty dry, alot of that oil is already extracted. Does it make a big difference or a little difference? Thanks Pearl __________________________________________________

According to Ftday: 1 cup almond meal or flour 821 calories 72 gr from fat 28 gr carb 30 gr protein 1 cup blanched almonds 549 calories 48 gr from fat 19 gr carb 20 gr protein I don't know if oil is extracted and will ask Lucy.
