Guest guest Posted July 7, 2003 Report Share Posted July 7, 2003 We FINALLY got this cookbook (we had contributed three recipes to it, so we got it free). It arrived in the mail on Saturday. It was created through the Stanford CF clinic but distributed by the pharmaceutical company that funded it. It's a terrific cookbook. I happen to know that the nutritionists personally tested every single one of the recipes in there. All of the nutritional information is broken down and there are lots of helpful hints. The recipes can be used for pwcf and those who do not have CF. I am listed in there as " Ricky Whicker's mom " and " Rebekah Whicker " . I contributed recipes for Greek pasta salad, butterscotch oatmeal bars (check out the fat and calories on those babies), and parmesan fries.
