I've managed to get plenty of butternut in, some zucchini if peeled

(no green showing). I guess I feel like he needs more " greens " - green

beans, broccoli, spinach and such that are harder to sneak. He will

happily drink fresh carrot juice made w/ granny smith apple and a

bunch of spinach- I hope that's OK for where we are at w/ cooked

fruits. He will also only eat bits of meat when coaxed or I have to

say, no more applesauce till you eat a few bites of chicken and so

on. If I would let him, he would live off of scrambled eggs and

bananas and nothing else.

I can't figure out why, but the chicken muffins made him wheeze.

Separately, all the ingredients have given him no trouble. That was

his only wheezing incident, otherwise he has been doing well. Maybe

I'm worried too much and the veggies will eventually get worked into

his diet? He is doing really well the last few days- poops are more

and more normal by the day. I love the recipes at pecanbread, but

haven't tried them all. Will give them another look and look for some

higher veggie ones to try. Thanks!
