Guest guest Posted July 9, 2006 Report Share Posted July 9, 2006 Everything going well, but after two stressful days, gassy lower back pain on right side returned, just when I thought it was over. This coincided with lack of sleep, and beginning yogurt again. Started slowly (1tsp a day) but still concerned. Not sure if I should try goat yogurt or keep up with this.
