watermelon ice cream anyone?

i have a freezer full of frozen watermelon. I own an ice cream maker, and I have

homemade SCD yogurt on hand. Has anyone successsfully combined these

ingredients to make ice cream or sorbet? Actually any good ice cream recipes

would

be apprecaited. I've made the lime and yogurt one, but the taste is still too

sour for

my son -- even with lots of honey.
