Hi Chrissie,

How are you doing?

I saw your message to Fliss, and you mentioned that reality is starting to hit

and you're feeling anxious about the surgery. I can identify with that. Try to

think positive, by thinking about what it's like for you now, and how different

you will be after the surgery. Not easy, i know, but it does help a little. If i

can help at all with any info, ir if you just need to chat, please don't

hesitate to contact me. You can ask me anything at all. I don't mind talking

about my experiences.

I hope you manage to sort out your flight for your appointment. After the

initial appointment how long will you have to wiat for the surgery? Good luck

with everything, and keep in touch.
