Guest guest
the way people normally get sun exposure, aka public health advice about avoiding the midday hours is destructive because you don't get enough vit d that way if you don't get enough vit d you don't get enough immune supression to help with colitus or ms it depends where u are and the time of year, like chicago and north you never get any decent sun so will have to look at an oral lanolin derived d the basic rule is if the sun feels burning it should be making some vit d so june july august at around the highest point of the sun (solar noon) is the time to get whole body exposure for short periods, (without going pink) don't get cold sunbathing cause the immune supression will lay you open to a virus its better to cover up in the weaker sun hours cause those rays destroy vit d in the skin if you have an immune deficency then doing this may not be an option cause cancer is a failure of the immune system
