info needed for friend

Hi everyone,

I've been trying to find out something I read before, and

that is who is the organization one can contact if they have a

problem with a hospital or dr? I have a family friend that has ended

up in a drug induced come after some tests showed something wrong

with his pancreas. His family asked me for as much info as I can get

to them.
