Hi and thanks for your answer. I do have a problem with digestion for

sure and that includes protein, get much worse when eating protein and

fat, keep to max 30 gr per day. the swedish dietists say I should be

able to take proteins without problems, I am the one getting the pain,

not them! I try to walk, have been very active in my life, walking,

skiing, but my legs get stiff, the body unsteady, like the world is

vanishing around me. I just would love to get back to normal, but it

hits me in periodical attacks, when I overdo, which is very little! I

get a smash and am hit to the ground.I feel best just 1-2 hours after

having eaten. The low bodytemp and the feeling of passing out, fainting

is a feeling close to death. Thanks for your reply, lets keep in touch

with Love from Stockholm and Sonja

Ämne: To Sonja re low body temperature

Dear Sonja, I don't get faint, but definitely have chills & my legs

hurt when I have this, despite I have tons of clothing on & under

blankets!! I have had C. pancreatitis with the fat malabsorption or

steatorrhea for over 20 years now & in the last 3 years this problem

has really gotten bad! My body temp is normally 97 or lower, never

98.6 anymore & despite the doctors act like it's not from the greasy,

smelly, gold stools I excrete daily, all the nutrionists say it is

from the essential fatty acid deficiency. I replace them with the

good oils like Flaxseed, borage oil, etc. but this problem is getting

worse! I'm glad you brought it up, cause last night I thought I

would die! I am also very weak most of the time & very little helps

except hot baths & hot liquids or exercise, which is not what you do

when you are trying to sleep!!! I've got it now.......I hope you

don't have C.P. but you may have malabsorption from something else.

I hope I'm wrong.......best of luck to you & have a stool tested for

fecal fat. Sincerely, Glentzes in ton, S.C.
