chicken or fish, not marinated or seasoned. A fresh vegetable steamed

or boiled.

Fruit and a piece of cheese for dessert. Diluted coffee

We talk a lot.

I do it all the time or sometimes meet people at Whole Foods for lunch.

They have roast beef, no preservatives and a super salad bar, organic

dried fruits and nuts, fresh fruit.
