Guest guest
Well I am not sure what bought it on but, it appears that when I stop taking the antox eg I run out I hit the pain threshold and end up in hospital such is teh beneficial effect that antox has for me. I had a real majot took sevredol fast acting morphine in 20 mg doses up to 150 mg in 2 hours still no reduction. I was at the point that I wasnt sure that I could take more no upper limit has ever been set and my pain speacialist has never completed my plan for an emergency. So I fronted to the hospital, my partner Col was scared witless as the last time I went in like this I ened up 43 days and that was 18 months ago. He was gettign stresses and angry which wasnt helping but I could understand it. As we got to the hopsital I said dont even think of leaving me here. I am just goign in to get soem IV meds and get the pain under control and i am off. Well I got to he emergency dept and the nurses didnt know the difference between MST and sevredol. I waited an hour and a half they didnt knwo what to do . I ended up getting a small doses of morphine which helped such that after 30 mins I said I am ready to go. meanwhile they had hooked me up to monitors Blood pressure started at 90 over and proceeded to drop up and down and alarm lowest at 70 /30. They panicked, Col wasnt much better he's been there before when I was in severe pain and it was at 50/30 Does anyone know what is a serious level? Is it due to the pain being untreated. They wouldnt let me go for a few hours and made me walk around before I could convinve them to unhook me Cheers Debs
