Guest guest
Hello there! I'm so sorry your pain is bad. Of course, I have absolutely no experience of the stents or tubes so I can't say anything even remotely useful. I can only hope the time goes quickly before your surgery. How do you go out when you have a tube? I presume there is a way of closing it off? Or do you only actually put it in for feeding? My pain is bad to-day as well....URQ, which I get from time to time. I manged to go into town and collect my new specs. I'll never understand what causes the pain to strike and at other times to go away. I really can't find any trigger although I think I did eat too much last night...nothing fatty though. Yes, we have the Discovery channels; they are excellent, as you say. BTW, a few weeks ago a colleague of mine saw on Discovery a TP with ICT. He wasn't sure where it was being done but it was defintely the USA. He knew about my possible op so he was glued to the screen. Wish he'd phoned me.....although, perhaps not! Anyway, he said it was just fascinating to watch. No doubt it will be on again. Well, not too long to go Chrissy. Try to be patient.....I say that but I know just how awful it must be. Try to focus on not having pain.....afterwards! Think of Sue and Crystal etc. I may yet be joining you in that op if my pains continue to be more and more frequent. That long good spell seems to have come to an end and I'm more like I was a few months ago.....pain on and off most of the time. Still, we'll see. It might change back again.
