Hi, I just bought L-Methionine (is this the right stuff?) 500mg produced

by Solaray Inc Park City UT 84068 USA. Does anyone know of the use of

Glutamin, have tried it and my bowel movements reduced in a few days,

placebo or true? Best regards Sonja

L-Methionine is manufactured and sold in the US by Solgar Vitamin and

It only comes in 500 mg. capsules, so I take 4 each day, equalling 2

grams.
