Hey, !

It's so good to hear from you. Didn't I read a post that you had been sick? If

so, I hope you're all better. I'm so glad to hear that with your stent and

trach you're still into the exercise thing. I heard someone say it was hard to

do with the trach. I guess where there's a will, there's a way, huh?

I'm into my 3rd week of quarantine imposed by my pulmonologist after a little

bout with bronchitis. So I added daily Yoga into my workout and discovered a

pose that allows for the most optimal breathing I've experienced in months.

What a rush, and it feels so healing. It's a Rodney Yee video for Beginners

from Wal-Mart. You're so right about the endurance. It's physically and

mentally strengthening.
