Guest guest Posted August 17, 2006 Report Share Posted August 17, 2006 Well from a recent email that was posted, it appears that yogurt cannot be used if it has fermented for more than 28 hours. I forgot that I was supposed to transfer my yogurt from the yogurt maker to the refrigerator on Tuesday night. I realized it on Wednesday morning, so it was in the yogurt maker for about 34 hours.
